ADC-ICTY/ICLB Mock Trial 2015
The ADC-ICTY and ICLB organised another edition of their Mock Trial in July 2015. 25 participants from various countries, tribunals and universities participated in a week-long exercise. They received training on case analysis, drafting motions, oral advocacy and ethics by renowned ADC-ICTY members and guest lecturers. The participants were divided into three Defence teams, one Prosecution team, two witnesses and three Accsued. They performed in court on Saturday 11 July 2015 in front of a bench composed of Judges Nosworthy, Moloto, Orie and Gregor Guy-Smith.
