Advocacy Training - Testimony by Paper

On Saturday 29 October 2016, Marie O'Leary presented a half-day training session on Testimony by Paper. The training examined the relevant provisions for admitting prior recorded statements and transcripts as testimony in court proceedings and how it impacts the preparation for direct and cross-examination at the international courts.
