ADC Mock Trial Week Commences
On Monday 12 June, the ADC's annual Mock Trial commenced. The week long training includes lectures on trial advocacy, legal drafting, oral advocacy for defence and prosecution, opening and closing statements and legal ethics. The week culminates with a full day inside the ICTY/MICT courtroom for a mock war crimes trial in front of international judges. This year there are approximately 20 participants from a variety of backgrounds and nationalities.
