ADC Mock Trial 2017

The ADC Mock Trial took place on Saturday 17 June 2017, twenty five participants took part in Courtroom 1 at the ICTY/MICT. The fictional war crimes case included a variety of legal issues to argue in court during the day. The judges for the day were Judge Janet Nosworthy, Judge Justice Moloto and Thomas Hannis.

Congratulations to all who took part, the standard of the advocacy was excellent. At the end of the day the judges decided that there were four participants who were awarded joint best oralist. These were: Conall Bailie and Daniel Sisgoreo from the Prosecution and Elisa Binon and Chloé Faucourt from the Defence.
