Building a Case Advocacy Training

On Saturday 9 September 2017, a training day was conducted by Colleen Rohan at the ICTY/MICT and covered the topic of Building a Case before the international courts and tribunals. The included aspects of a case including preliminary motions, setting up a team, challenging the indictment and special defences. The day was attended by approximately 30 people from a variety of back grounds and jurisdictions.
