ADC Representatives participate at International Meetings of Defence in Nuremberg

On 9 and 10 November, representatives of the ADC participated in the 5th International Meetings of Defence which took place in historical Courtroom 600 in Nuremberg. A general update on issues at the ICTY and MICT was given by Dominic Kennedy, Head of Office and Marie O’Leary, Vice President, was on a panel which presented the Manual on Investigations. The event brought together practitioners and academics to discuss defence issues arising over the last year at the international courts and tribunals.
