Trial Advocacy Skills Training by Dragan Ivetic

On Saturday 14 April 2018, Dragan Ivetic conducted a trial advocacy skills training at the UN MICT. The training was attended by approximately 25 people and covered examination-in-chief and cross-examination techniques before the international courts and tribunals. The day included lectures and practical exercises for the participants. At the end of the day each participant received a certificate of completion. The training is now available for purchase on the ADC-ICT Training Portal.


The next ADC-ICT Training will take place on Saturday 26 May and will be conducted by Kate Gibson and Yasmine Chubin and will cover the topic of how to present the best evidence before the international courts and tribunals. Registration is available here.
