ADC-ICT Mock Trial 2018

The ADC Mock Trial took place on Monday 25 June 2018, twenty participants took part in Courtroom 1 at the International Residual Mechanism for Criminal Tribunals. The fictional war crimes case included a variety of legal issues to argue in court during the day. The judges for the day were Judge Alphons Orie, Judge Burton Hall and Matthew Carlson.

Congratulations to all who took part, the standard of the advocacy was excellent. At the end of the day the judges decided that the best team were: Luna Spada, Irene Whelan-Vita and Roberto Cassarand the best defence oralist was Emily Tsui and best prosecution oralist was Grace Sullivan.
